Returns & Exchanges

At EllisAura Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your EllisAura account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
